These are the third parties that receive personal data when you use FjordID, which is operated by polarmake, Norway. See the privacy policy for what we store and the security page for how it is protected.
| Service | Purpose | Based | Data |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH (servers, Object Storage) | Hosts every FjordID component and stores database backups offsite. | Germany | Everything FjordID stores: Keycloak and API databases, and their backups. |
| Brevo | Sends transactional email through SMTP: address verification, password reset, magic links and sign-up notifications. | France | Recipient address, name where used in the greeting, and the message content (including verification and reset links). |
| Mollie | Payments and subscription billing for FjordID customers. | Netherlands | Customer billing details and payment status. Card details are entered at Mollie and never reach FjordID. |
| Mistral AI | Optional AI-assisted app configuration (POST /v1/ai/suggest-config), only when an API key is configured. | France | The plain-English app description typed by a signed-in customer. No end-user identity data. |
SMS login through Sinch is planned but not enabled. No phone numbers are collected or sent to Sinch today, and this page will be updated before it is switched on.
Hetzner, Brevo, Mollie and Mistral AI are all based in the EU. None of our subprocessors is a US company. We do not use an error-reporting or crash-reporting vendor: application errors are written only to our own server logs on Hetzner.
